We wanted to reach out today and check-in with all of our Active Summer Camp families. Much like you all, we have all felt the effects of the current situation around the world, whether that be having to work from home, or like many parents, having children home from school.
We wanted to update you on our current situation regarding the Summer Holidays for 2020.
Unfortunately due to the uncertainty of the current situation, we are unable to confirm whether we will be running our Summer Holiday programme for 2020.
As always, we are here for everyone in our Community and as we are 53 days from our 2020 summer holidays, we are optimistic that we will be returning to a sense of normality. The health and well being of our campers and staff has always been our number one priority and as we approach the summer we are constantly following guidance from the Government and Local Authorities.
We will only run Camp;
If it is safe to do so
So long as we have appropriate and adequate staffing arrangements
If we are able to participate in Games and Activities, as most of the activities we run will be very difficult with social distancing in place.
We wish you and your family the very best health and we hope you are out enjoying the glorious sunshine in your gardens or in local parks.
In the meantime, we are asking all Parents, Carers and Guardians that if you are interested in our Summer Programme for 2020, to register your interest for the Summer.
