Items Needed​

  1. A packed lunch and snack for break-time in an insulated container with a frozen ice pack (but no nuts allowed on camp).

  2. A refillable water bottle with your child’s name on it

  3. Clothing for sports activities

  4. Trainers or shoes for general sports, ideally with non-marking soles

  5. Sun cream and a hat

  6. A change of clothes on Wednesday’s, when we play water games

Things Not Needed

  1. Mobile phone – We’re not against them, but encourage that they are kept in bags and only used for essential contact

  2. Sports equipment 

  3. Money 

  4. Gadgets

  5. Valuables such as expensive watches and non-essential jewellery

Checking in and Checking out 

Before you arrive on camp you must download your child’s details from your account so that we can check we have all the information we need. 

When booking online or over the phone you will be required to create a Secret Password. This must be kept safe and not shared with other people. This Password will allow the camper to be safely collected at the end of their eventful day.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept childcare vouchers?


Yes, we will try and accept as many childcare vouchers as possible. When booking using childcare vouchers, please ensure you book directly through a member of our team. We may need to register with certain Childcare Voucher providers if we dont yet have an account with them.




Are you OFSTED registered?


We are fully registered with Ofsted on both the Voluntary and Compulsory Registers. The Camp will adhere to their policies and Guidelines that they put in place.




Because of my work commitments, I can’t pick my child up at 5pm


No problem! Just let us know when you are on your way and we will ensure that your child is well supervised and never left on their own. Note: We offer an Additional Hours Service which allows until 6.00pm for the cost of £5 per day.




Are you First Aid Trained?


All staff on site will be First Aid Trained by JWP Training, ensuring your child remains safe, even if they happen to have a little accident.




Will you provide lunch for my child?


No, please provide your child with a packed lunch and a refillable drinks bottle at all venues.




What should my child wear?


Every child should wear appropriate clothing for outdoor activities, tracksuits with shorts if the weather is good, and ideally every child should have 2 pairs of footwear, one for inside and one for outside if the weather is bad.




Will you provide sun cream?


No, we cannot apply or provide sunscreen to children. Please send the appropriate factor with your child and we will remind them throughout the day to apply it.




If I want to know how my child is getting on at a camp, what do I do?


You can call our office phone number at any time during camp hours to find out how your child is.




How can I make payment?


Payment must be made 2 weeks before your booking. Late bookings can be accommodated subject to availability and when payment is made within 24 hours. Payment can be made by the online payment system, cheque, bank transfer or childcare vouchers. Please contact us if you require our reference number for your childcare voucher company.
