We wanted to reach out today and check-in with all of our Active Summer Camp families. Much like you all, we have all felt the effects of the current situation around the world, whether that be having to work from home, or like many parents, having children home from school.
We wanted to update you on our current situation regarding the Summer Holidays for 2020.
As always, we are here for everyone in our Community and we are now only 21 days from our 2020 summer holidays. The health and well being of our campers and staff has always been our number one priority and as we approach the summer we are constantly following guidance from the Government and Local Authorities.
Here are our most common questions answered;
Will you be running a Camp over the Summer? We still can't give you a 100% definitive YES or NO answer. We have strict guidelines to follow which are set out by Ofsted and the Department for Education.
When will you find out if you will be running a Camp? We are hoping to have an update on Friday 4th July.
We will only run Camp;
If it is safe to do so
So long as we have appropriate and adequate staffing arrangements
If we are able to participate in Games and Activities, as most of the activities we run will be very difficult with social distancing in place.
In the meantime, if you have done so, please register your interest to make sure we can keep you up to date on our plans for the Summer Holidays.
